Castaway tenders have inflatable keels and sturdy transoms. The inflatable keel helps performance speed and handling.
All Castaway sizes have 3+1 Independent internal safety chambers to ensure if one chamber develops a leak the boat will continue to be buoyant and stable. There is a separate chamber in the bow and both the port and starboard sides, as well as an inflatable keel. As with the Bay-Runner series one of the key features is the full- length, removable, alloy and wood flooring system that ensures Aristocraft boats can take the knocks but above all is secure under foot.
The Castaway with its heavy-duty transoms make great tenders and can be easily rowed. All Aristocraft roll up boats feature two-piece alloy oars that are attached to swivelling oarlocks that allow for easy smooth rowing. Just snap the rear section of the oar out of the Oar-clasp and the oarlock will pivot out for instant use. The oars can be removed quickly from the oar-clasp.
